Annie, a young playful little girl, yet a full woman at fourteen and a bride at eighteen. She is a young, middle-sized built woman, with a fair complexion. Her long golden brown hair cascades down her back. The sharply-alert yet sleepy hazel eyes are deeply set in her small, sort of piteous looking face. Her face is so warm, gentle and loving, only nature itself could make it so.
Her narrow, well-formed figure is clad in a navy pleated, woolen skirt, knee socks to match, a loose pullover sweater and new saddle shoes. From her neck hangs a carefully strung necklace of pearls. In her arms she clutches a dear possession -- "David Copperfield".
Annie has a medium toned voice dabbed with a mild Brooklyn accent which she feels does not belong there -- especially in the mid-West! She is also a person who deeply wants to belong to the new life ahead. Annie is also a "child bride" of a young university law student. And so I leave you with a vague picture of Annie --"a young child bride".
