I feel like I've lived a lifetime
of "not being good enough" --
and I'm only 32!
I wasn't "good enough" in my multiplication
so I wrote times tables
Until quarter to three.
I wasn't "good enough" for an
arts and science program.
So I settled for a business career.
I wasn't "good enough" for my
supervisors because I wouldn't
be a round peg in a round hole.

Well, I know how to multiply
And I still can't type worth a damn.
And I'm going to stay being
a square peg -- and find a square hole
somewhere.
